How is the score calculated? +
12 questions across 5 weighted categories: Compliance & Risk (30%), People Operations (20%), Performance & Development (15%), Total Rewards (15%), and HR Capacity & AI Readiness (20%). Each category is averaged and weighted into a 0-100 score. Multi-state companies with weak compliance scores get an additional risk flag.
What if my score is bad? +
Most aren't great — and that's the point. The companies we work with usually start in the 40-60 range and lift 20+ points within 6 months. Your score is a starting line, not a verdict.
